The age that I finally adopted sneakers came way later than everyone I know but much sooner than I expected. I always thought tennis shoes were something I was going to debut at the start of my graceful descent into geriatric footwear. Not while I’m still actively putting preservation stickers on my heels. The first time I really wore sneakers as streetwear, I was in New York and I kept telling my friends I thought there was something on the bottoms of my feet. Well there was. Turns out it was arch support.
Join me in being old while we’re young and stop denying yourselves the arch support you probably need!
